What Bikn is

Bikn is an educational tool that helps you recognize potential scams. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and using it is not a substitute for consulting one.

Nothing here is a guarantee

Nothing Bikn tells you is a guarantee. Its suggestions are meant to help you think a situation through — the decision, and the responsibility for it, is always yours.

Bikn never approves a payment

Bikn never tells you that a specific payment, transfer, or request is safe to make. If you are ever unsure whether to pay or send money, stop and verify independently before you do.

Limits of what Bikn can detect

Bikn helps you spot potential scams. It cannot detect every scam, and following its suggestions does not guarantee you will avoid harm.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bikn and N2itive, LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app, including financial losses connected to a scam or fraud attempt. Bikn is a coaching and information tool — it doesn't guarantee any outcome.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute will be handled in the state and federal courts located in the State of Mississippi.
